About

My goal as a designer is to create interesting, innovative and delightful products. I'm passionate about using my marketing, design and business skills to contribute to social enterprise projects.

My approach is to consider the needs and motivations of the user before anything else. I spend a lot of time trying to clearly define problem areas by observing behaviours and asking questions. From there I use an iterative design process (with plenty of user testing) to develop the best possible solution. I believe that this kind of mindful design can produce products that users love, while garnering measurable results for the business or charity - a win-win scenario!

In my spare time I do things like yoga, watercolour painting, and language study. I love inventing things in the kitchen and I occasionally blog about food-related things here.
